ADI was incorporated in Binghamton, NY in the early 1980s as MDR Corporation and later the name was changed to ADI Acorn Development Incorporated.
ADI is a certified MWBE small business enterprise. With business headquarters in Glen, New York we are conveniently located in beautiful Upsate New York, near the state capitol of Albany. The company is an Export Management/Consulting Distributor, and is an independent U.S. Corporation.
